We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our client’s international business development efforts. As a Manager, you will be responsible for expanding and managing a global B2B customer portfolio, focusing on FDI manufacturing clients in sectors such as electronics, healthcare, and industrial production — with a specific emphasis on cleanroom-grade nitrile gloves.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with FDI clients in the manufacturing, electronics, pharmaceutical, and cleanroom industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and purchasing departments in industrial zones.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet growth targets in both domestic and international markets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Production, R&D, Quality Control, Logistics) to ensure product suitability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and propose product/market adjustments.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closing and post-sale support.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market feedback for management review.

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of cleanroom standards and technical specifications related to nitrile gloves (Class 100/1000/10000, etc.).
  • A strong network of clients in industrial zones, particularly electronics factories, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and cleanroom facilities is a major advantage.
  • Proven skills in negotiation, planning, relationship building, and team development.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with English communication skills and/or previous experience working with FDI clients
