We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate growth across our professional services portfolio, including Company Incorporation, Corporate Secretarial Services, Accounting & Tax, Payroll, and related business solutions.

This role will focus on identifying and converting business opportunities with clients in Singapore and broader Asian markets, providing consultative solutions that support companies in establishing, operating, and scaling their businesses efficiently.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment, is curious to learn, and combines strategic thinking with strong execution capability.

Working: onsite at Dist 1, HCM

Working time: Monday - Friday (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new B2B opportunities within professional services
  • Build strong relationships with SME and enterprise clients in Singapore and across Asia.
  • Present and pitch professional services clearly and persuasively to business stakeholders.
  • Consult the proper solution for client on case to case basis.
  • Work independently to manage leads, follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and tech teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track pipeline and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; Chinese is an optional.
  • Strong ability to work independently and think logically and analytically.
  • Demonstrated startup spirit—you’re proactive, resilient, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with digital tools, CRM systems, and eager to embrace new technology.
  • Passionate about helping businesses navigate and access financial solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
