CEO (Commercial Property)

Key Objectives:

• Set the strategic direction and long-term development plan for Commercial Real Estate business.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure successful execution of commercial real estate projects.
• Lead joint ventures and ecosystem collaborations in both domestic and international markets.
• Manage asset portfolios, M&A activities, and end-to-end project delivery from design to operations.
• Drive innovation strategy, improve systems and processes for higher efficiency.
• Build and develop a high-performing leadership team and promote a strong organizational culture.
• Represent the company in relations with key stakeholders, major clients, government bodies, and the public.
• Participate in advisory boards and represent in related subsidiary companies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Construction, or Engineering. MBA preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in Real Estate Development, with at least 5 years in Commercial Property Management roles ( C-Level)
• Strong knowledge in property development, finance, investment, asset management, and operations.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record in transformation, innovation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, relationship-building skills, and fluent in English.
