About the Role

This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven professional who wants to build and expand consumer electronics brands in the Northern market.

You will not only drive sales but also shape go-to-market strategies, develop distribution networks, and lead end-to-end execution across GT, MT, and E-commerce channels. This role is ideal for candidates from leading electronics brands who are looking for greater ownership and the opportunity to scale a market.


What You Will Do

  • Drive market expansion in the Northern region, owning sales performance and growth outcomes.
  • Identify, develop, and manage key partners across General Trade, Modern Trade, and E-commerce channels.
  • Support the launch and scaling of international consumer electronics brands in the local market.
  • Lead execution across commercial operations, including market research, product positioning, distribution, and after-sales coordination.
  • Coordinate with cross-border teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, including logistics and customs processes.
  • Contribute to building and optimizing standardized business processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consumer electronics, ideally from leading brands.
  • Strong understanding of home appliances, consumer electronics, and small household appliances.
  • Proven ability to develop clients, distributors, or channel networks.
  • Commercially driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in English or Mandarin to work with international stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: VND 20 – 30 million/month + 13th-month salary + performance bonus.
  • Full salary during probation with social insurance coverage.

  • Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Reporting Line & Process

  • Report to: Local Sales Manager & Overseas team in China
  • Interview process: 2 rounds (up to 3 if required)
