Chief Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Analyze financial data to identify risks and opportunities; advise management on financial strategies.
• Prepare quarterly closing report for parent company
• Prepare and supervise financial reports in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with banks, credit institutions for loan management and cash flow operations.
• Represent the company in tax audits and work with relevant authorities.
• Monitor budgets, contracts, and business plan implementation.
• Propose cost-saving measures and financial risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage and organize the accounting team and department operations.
• Develop and implement quarterly/annual departmental plans.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• At least 5 years as Chief Accountant (preferably in outsourcing, retail, restaurant, or factory companies)
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, finance law, and reporting.
• Having Certified Chief Accountant
• Fluent in English (mandatory); ACCA certification is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, honest, and able to work independently and cross-functionally.
