Chief Executive Officer (Real Estate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Growth: Define and lead long-term corporate strategy, drive transformation initiatives, and set annual business and financial objectives aligned with the group’s vision.
• Business Operations & Project Development: Oversee the execution of real estate projects to ensure timely delivery, cost control, quality, and market positioning. Lead master planning for townships and contribute to sales and distribution strategies.
• Operations Management & Compliance: Ensure day-to-day business operations run efficiently and align with legal and regulatory standards. Identify and manage risks to ensure business continuity.
• Innovation & Systems Improvement: Develop and promote innovation strategies. Oversee implementation of new technologies and integrated systems to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company in working with key external stakeholders including government, partners, and media. Handle high-level client issues and public relations when necessary.
• Organizational Development & Talent: Build a high-performing team, define talent strategy, and lead recruitment for senior roles. Mentor and develop leadership capabilities across the organization.
• Culture & Work Environment: Foster a culture of professionalism, integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Ensure a safe and positive workplace and resolve internal conflicts effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, Real Estate, or related fields; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 16 years of senior management experience in Real Estate development.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English.
• Proven track record in driving growth, innovation, and organizational excellence.
