Invest Talent JSC’s Client is a technology-driven startup based in Singapore, providing modern corporate services tailored to the needs of today’s entrepreneurs. They offer a comprehensive suite of corporate services—including Company Registration, Payroll, Virtual Office, Accounting & Tax, Compliance, and Corporate Advisory—all delivered through a streamlined, user-friendly platform.

We are seeking a Creative Growth Marketing Associate who can bridge the gap between performance marketing and design by taking ownership of visual content, digital campaigns, and performance tracking across multiple platforms, with the goal of building brand visibility and generating qualified leads. 

Key responsibilites: 

Creative Design & Content Production (40%)

  • Develop creative concepts and execute designs across digital and print formats—social media posts, banners, brochures, landing pages, slide decks,
    and branded documents.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent visual identity and brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Produce and edit video content for marketing campaigns, including product explainers, customer testimonials, tutorials, and social-first videos (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Reels).
  • Manage the planning, shooting, and editing of multimedia content to support campaign goals.
  • Design UI/UX components for marketing-related touchpoints (e.g., microsites, email templates, campaign landing pages) when needed. 

Performance Marketing & Campaign Execution (40%)

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube,...
  • Continuously test and iterate on creative formats, messaging, targeting, and landing page strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS,...and lead quality to optimize budget allocation.
  • Run A/B tests and conversion tracking to identify top-performing creatives and audience segments.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with funnel goals and lead qualification criteria. 

Research, Analytics, Reporting & Optimization (20%)

  • Create campaign reports to evaluate ad effectiveness and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Track website traffic, engagement, and lead behavior using tools like Google
  • Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM integrations
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to increase funnel efficiency and marketing ROI.
  • Participate in market research, competitor benchmarking, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role such as Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Multimedia Design.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing performance marketing campaigns (lead generation, traffic acquisition, or conversion-driven).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work (static and motion graphics) and video editing projects.
  • Highly creative with strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools: Canva (advanced), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Experience in short-form video content production for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with crossfunctional teams (e.g., product, sales, leadership).
  • Experienced in B2B services, professional services, or accounting firms.
  • Fluent in English is a must
