Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client in the furniture field seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Executive with a proactive, detail-oriented mind to join their team in Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Data management and entry
- Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
- Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
- Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Generate purchase invoices, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing lists, and shipping tasks.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
2/ Support in Account management and Planning to:
- Manage key international customers to ensure the development schedule is on track.
- Make necessary negotiations (price, timeline) with the customer.
- Strong communication with the production team to have good internal support
- Price calculation and review.
- Ensure high professionalism and customer service standards are maintained, creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
- Ability to follow strict manufacturing guidelines set by the customer.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Understanding of production costs, customer service, and outdoor furniture (wood, textiles, cushions).
- Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service or Account Management position, preferably in an export-oriented business.
- Fluent in both verbal and written English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong negotiation and time management skills.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
