Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client in the furniture field seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Executive with a proactive, detail-oriented mind to join their team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate international customer orders to ensure schedules are on track.
  • Negotiate with customers on price and timelines when required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, including production, shipping, and purchasing.
  • Review and calculate pricing accurately.
  • Organize and support visits and inspections from international customers in Vietnam.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all international customer inquiries (existing and prospective).
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service to enhance customer relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with strict manufacturing guidelines set by customers.
  • Coordinate with factories to meet deadlines for inspections, audits, and testing.
  • Input and update all order details in the Capital system.
  • Verify supplier invoices and payment records.
  • Track and follow up on customer payments and deposits.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist the shipping team in booking schedules and support purchasing when liaising with factories.
  • Submit complete documentation to customers (shipping documents, spec sheets, product data, etc.) and ensure all information is properly updated in customer systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of production costs, customer service, and outdoor furniture (wood, textiles, cushions).
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service or Account Management position, preferably in an export-oriented business.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong negotiation and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
