Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client in the furniture field seeking a highly motivated Customer Account Executive with a proactive, detail-oriented mind to join their team in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

1/ Data management and entry

  • Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Generate purchase invoices, purchasing orders, sales invoices, packing lists, and shipping tasks.
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
  • Scan documents and print files when needed
  • Keep information confidential
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions

2/ Support in Account management and Planning to:

  • Manage key international customers to ensure the development schedule is on track.
  • Make necessary negotiations (price, timeline) with the customer.
  • Strong communication with the production team to have good internal support
  • Price calculation and review.
  • Ensure high professionalism and customer service standards are maintained, creating referral and intermediary opportunities.
  • Ability to follow strict manufacturing guidelines set by the customer.
  • Market: America, Europe, Asia Pacific, China

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University/College Degree in Import/Export, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Understanding of production costs, customer service, and outdoor furniture (wood, textiles, cushions).
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Customer Service or Account Management position, preferably in an export-oriented business.
  • Fluent in both verbal and written English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong negotiation and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
