The Customer Success Executive bridges the gap between client satisfaction and revenue growth. You will manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery of HR services while driving business expansion through renewals and upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Advisory: Act as the primary consultant for HR solutions, building long-term partnerships through proactive communication.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead negotiations to maximize client lifetime value.
- Service Excellence: Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure recruitment and payroll projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Retention Management: Proactively resolve issues and ensure high client satisfaction to secure contract renewals.
- Business Development: Support portfolio expansion through networking, referrals, and new client acquisition.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR services (Recruitment/Payroll) is a plus; training is provided.
- Mindset: Sales-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Language: Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
Working Terms & Benefits

- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Weekends off).
