Our Client is a leading textile manufacturing group with an international production network and strong capabilities across the textile value chain, including yarn, fabric, dyeing, and garment production

• Location: On-site at Bảo Minh Industrial Park, Nam Định Province, Vietnam.
• Organization Scope: 500–1,000 employees per factory across key departments including Production, Planning, and factory operations.
• Reporting Line: Report directly to the Head of Fabric Business Line
• Probation: 6 months.
• Working Schedule: 6 days/week | 08:00–12:00 & 13:30–17:30.
• Salary: 2.000 - 3.500 USD/month

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the selection, procurement evaluation, installation, debugging, and acceptance of knitting equipment (circular knitting machines, flat knitting machines, winders, etc.); establish equipment ledgers to track models, maintenance records, and fault histories.
• Develop daily maintenance and regular overhaul plans, supervise execution by the maintenance team, and quickly resolve sudden equipment failures to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
• Track Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), analyze causes of downtime, and drive improvements; optimize spare parts inventory management to control repair costs; propose equipment upgrades and technical transformation plans to improve automation.
• Draft safety operation procedures and work instructions for knitting equipment; organize skills training for frontline operators and maintenance workers to ensure standardized operations and reduce human-error risks.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of equipment management experience.
• Highly proficient in the structure of various printing and dyeing equipment.
• Familiar with wastewater treatment processes and technical specifications for printing and dyeing.
• Familiar with the structure of various heating boilers.
• Vietnamese nationals are preferred.
