Our Client is a leading textile manufacturing group with an international production network and strong capabilities across the textile value chain, including yarn, fabric, dyeing, and garment production

  • Location: On-site at Bảo Minh Industrial Park, Nam Định Province, Vietnam.
  • Organization Scope: 500–1,000 employees per factory across key departments including Production, Planning, and factory operations.
  • Reporting Line: Report directly to the Head of Fabric Business Line
  • Probation: 6 months.
  • Working Schedule: 6 days/week | 08:00–12:00 & 13:30–17:30.
  • Salary: 3.500 - 5.500 USD/month

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the entire production process of the fabric factory, formulate monthly/quarterly production plans, schedule production reasonably, and ensure on-time delivery; manage production efficiency, quality, and cost, reduce waste, and increase capacity.
  • Establish and implement fabric quality standards (compliant with local and export country requirements), supervise raw material inspection, in-process inspection, and finished product sampling, and handle quality abnormalities and customer complaints.
  • Responsible for team recruitment, training, and performance evaluation; build a localized management system and coordinate cross-departmental collaboration (technical, procurement, warehousing).
  • Ensure the factory complies with local labor laws, environmental policies, and safety regulations; liaise with local government departments to handle annual license reviews, customs inspections, etc.
  • Cost and Supply Chain: Manage costs related to raw material procurement, equipment maintenance, and human resources; optimize the local supply chain and coordinate material transfers between the domestic headquarters and overseas factories.
  • Implement equipment safety, fire safety, and occupational health management; organize safety training and drills to prevent major safety incidents.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 5 years of fabric production management experience; overseas factory management experience is preferred (familiarity with markets like Vietnam is a plus).
  • Proficient in fabric weaving, dyeing, finishing, and other processes; able to independently resolve technical production challenges.
  • Strong abilities in production planning, cost control, and team management; excels in cross-cultural communication and localized team building.
  • Hardworking; capable of communicating in both Chinese and English.
  • Vietnamese nationals and Age under 40.
