Drive revenue growth by acquiring new B2B clients (SME & FDI) and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on sales execution, client relationship management, and market development for HR services.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy a startup environment, are comfortable wearing multiple hats, and are motivated by the opportunity to build and lead a team as the business grows.

  • Working location: HKL building 154-156 Nguyễn Hữu Thọ, Nhà Bè
  • Working time: 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development (30%)

  • Identify and acquire new clients (SME & FDI segment)
  • Consult and introduce suitable HR solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets

2. Key Account Management (30%)

  • Maintain and grow existing client accounts
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Proactively handle issues and ensure long-term client retention

3. Marketing & Lead Generation (20%)

  • Manage social channels (LinkedIn, etc.) to build personal and company branding
  • Support marketing activities to generate qualified leads

4. Talent Sourcing Support (20%)

  • Support basic candidate sourcing when required

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales / Business Development / Account Management / Consulting / Marketing / Customer Success
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR services is a plus (training will be provided)
  • Good English communication skills
