Overview:

Responsible for designing and implementing the Group's Total Rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, recognition), ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with business goals. Leads the design of job evaluation systems and salary structures. Supports HR strategy and is an advisor for optimizing HR operations in the Corporation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Total Rewards Strategy & Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive rewards strategy, including salary benchmarking and policy updates.
  • Compensation Structure & Job Evaluation: Establish job grading frameworks, salary bands, and compensation structures, guiding job classification and salary budgeting.
  • Recognition & Rewards Programs: Design and implement recognition programs to reinforce company culture and retain key talent.
  • Policies, HRIS & Reporting: Develop HR policies, optimize payroll processes, manage HRIS platforms, and report on HR metrics and costs.
  • Advisory & Collaboration: Advise senior leaders on Total Rewards and HR initiatives.
  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement: Support change management and continuously improve rewards strategy.
  • Organizational & Culture Development: Implement organizational change initiatives, build SOPs, develop leadership, enhance employee engagement, and promote the corporation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in Total Rewards/HR strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience managing complex organizational change in a group structure and advising senior leadership.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Total Rewards principles, compensation structures, job evaluation, HR policies, HRIS systems, and labor laws.
  • Skills: Expertise in Compensation & Benefits, strategic advisory, cross-functional collaboration, executive communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Competencies: Leadership, strategic thinking, communication, analytical thinking, project management.
  • Mindsets & Behaviors: Result-oriented, resilient, adaptable, customer-centric, and embodies core values (Integrity, Professionalism, Ownership).
