Import-Export Sales Executive_Agricultural Products

Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Import-Export Sales Executive to support our international trading business. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B customers through email, phone calls, Google research, and online platforms.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve business targets.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain customer records and sales pipeline using Excel or CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams on import/export documentation, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Prepare professional emails, quotations, and sales reports.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in import-export sales, international trading, business development, or inside sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Google research, and file management.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support international customers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in agricultural products, FMCG, animal feed, or B2B trading.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation (e.g., C/O, Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
• Experience using CRM or lead management systems.
