We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual to join our client’s international business development team. This role focuses on expanding the global B2B customer base in sectors such as manufacturing, electronics, and healthcare – specifically cleanroom-grade Nitrile gloves.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential overseas business clients through market research, outreach campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Handle all sales communications, from initial contact to contract finalization.
  • Collaborate closely with the factory to oversee order fulfillment, ensure timely delivery, and maintain product quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, and provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
  • Represent the company in global industry events, exhibitions, and virtual trade shows to promote products and build partnerships.

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in B2B sales, export-import, or global customer engagement.
  • College/University degree in Business, International Trade, Foreign Languages, Import-Export, or related fields."
  • Confident English communication skills, especially in writing emails and negotiating terms with international partners.
  • Preferred: Background in manufacturing industries, PPE (personal protective equipment), medical devices, or ESD-related products.
  • Familiarity with office software and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
