The Director of People & Organizational Development is responsible for designing and executing a human resource strategy aligned with the company’s medium- and long-term vision. This role entails optimizing organizational structure and developing a comprehensive HR management system. It plays a critical part in nurturing corporate culture, enhancing performance, retaining talent, and elevating organizational capabilities.

KEY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organizational & HR Strategy Development
- Design organizational structure, competency framework, and succession plans
- Map the full employee journey from recruitment to on boarding
- Align HR strategies with business objectives
HRBP – Strategic Business Partner Role
- Analyze manpower requirements of departments
- Advise managers on organizational design, performance, and talent development
- Forecast workforce trends and mediate internal conflicts
HR Operations – Administration – Compliance
- Oversee recruitment, training, evaluation, and compensation
- Manage employee records, contracts, social insurance, and leave
- Ensure labor law and internal policy compliance
- Develop and monitor HR budgets
Compensation, Benefits & C&B Management
- Design financial and non-financial reward systems
- Analyze cost-performance-personnel trends
Talent Development & Training
- Build capability frameworks and leadership development programs
- Organize internal training, onboarding, and cultural integration
- Measure learning effectiveness
Corporate Culture – Internal Communication – Engagement
- Foster a consistent and cohesive corporate culture
- Conduct eNPS surveys, run internal communications, and engagement initiatives
- Enhance employer branding and employee experience
Office Administration & Internal Services
- Oversee office assets, working environment, reception, canteen, and company vehicles
- Coordinate internal service operations for efficiency
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) – Fire Safety – Security
- Supervise workplace safety, plant security, and fire prevention
- Conduct safety training and promote HSE awareness among employees
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- University degree: Majors in HRM, Business, Organizational Psychology, Law, or related fields
- Minimum 7 years in strategic HR leadership roles
- Advanced English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, HRM/HRIS systems, and HR analytics tools
- Comprehensive understanding of modern HR functions
- Experience with KPIs, OKRs, career paths, and succession planning
- Capability in organizational restructuring and optimization
- Hands-on experience in HR digital transformation
- Leadership across HRBP – Recruitment – C&B – Training verticals
- Skilled in labor relations and crisis management
- Deep knowledge of Labor Law, HSE, and fire safety
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making
- Innovation mindset and awareness of HR trends
- Ability to advise senior leadership on organizational matters
