I-Talent is supporting our client - a China manufacturer and supplier in the zipper & related accessories, in hiring a Sales Manager in Ho Chi Minh. 

Report to: Vietnam Sales Director

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute regional sales plans, sales strategies, and customer development plans.
  • Understand market demands and information, conduct market analysis and forecasting.
  • Formulate and implement sales growth plans, deeply tap into and expand the business contribution rate of new and existing customers.
  • Establish and improve a customer information database to provide reference data and information for new customer development.
  • Provide training and guidance to the team to ensure continuous improvement in team performance and achievement of performance goals.
  • Monitor the accounts receivable recovery of the sales team to maintain the company's stable capital liquidity.
  • Carry out daily operational management of the office to ensure continuous improvement in the business capabilities of the office sales team and
    customer satisfaction.
     

Requirements

  1. Educational Requirements: A full-time bachelor s degree or above.
  2. Professional Requirements: No restriction on major.
  3. Work Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the clothing, luggage, or accessories industry and at least 1 year of work experience as a Sales Manager or Marketing Manager.
  4. Professional Skills:
    • Possess customer resources in the clothing, luggage, and accessories industry;
    • Ability to grasp and update industry trends;
    • Strong marketing logic and analytical thinking with the ability to analyze and solve problems; have successful cases of independently developing clients and experience in serving large clothing brands; 
    • Excellent team leadership and management capabilities; adaptable to business trips and social engagements.
  5. English Proficiency: Fluent in reading and writing English.
  6. Document Handling: Proficient in official document writing with strong written logical expression.
  7. Computer Skills: Mastery of the Microsoft Office suite (WORD, EXCEL, PPT) and proficient in using CRM systems.
  8. Other Requirements: Hold a driver s license.
