- New Requirement: From July 1, 2025, all transactions must have non-cash payment documentation, even for amounts under 20 million VND, with some exceptions.
7. Adjustments to VAT Rates for Certain Goods and Services

- Increased VAT Rates: Some products previously exempt will now be taxed at 5%, and others will see an increase from 5% to 10%.
