About the Role
We are seeking an experienced North America Publishing & UA leader to take end-to-end ownership of the publishing and user-growth strategy for a portfolio of sports mobile games in the North American market.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can go beyond UA execution and independently drive publishing strategy, GTM, UA investment and business growth.
The company already has mobile games live in North America and is looking to further scale and optimize the existing business through stronger localized publishing and user-acquisition capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the North America publishing and user-acquisition strategy across multiple mobile-game products.
- Define media mix, UA budget allocation and performance targets, including ROAS, CPI and user growth.
- Lead UA campaigns across Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, DSPs, ad networks and emerging channels.
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new game launches, major updates, seasonal events and live operations.
- Work with Creative teams on creative strategy, testing, localization and asset optimization for the North American market.
- Build and manage relationships with major ad platforms, UA agencies, KOLs/influencers and other strategic partners.
- Provide North America market insights to support product, monetization and live-ops decisions.
- Work closely with China-based Product, R&D, Creative, Data and Marketing teams to execute the global strategy.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the performance and scale of the North America business.
Requirements
Must-Have
- 5–10 years of experience in mobile-game marketing, publishing, UA or user growth.
- Proven end-to-end mobile-game publishing experience in North America.
- Strong hands-on experience managing large UA budgets across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CPI, LTV, media mix and budget allocation.
- Experience owning publishing strategy and GTM, rather than only campaign buying or optimization.
- Proven experience with new game launches and/or major product updates in North America.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Meta, Google and Apple Search Ads.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred
- Experience in sports, licensed-IP or mid-to-hardcore mobile games.
- Experience with sports-related IP or products, particularly football or basketball.
- Existing relationships with North American UA agencies, KOLs/influencers and major advertising platforms.
- Experience working with China-based R&D, Product or Marketing teams.
- Background with international mobile-game publishers or studios.
