About the Role
We are supporting a fast-growing international manufacturing group in hiring an Overseas Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle hiring activities across Vietnam and Cambodia.
This is a newly created role driven by business expansion (new factory setup & regional growth), offering strong exposure to cross-border recruitment and strategic workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for overseas operations (Vietnam & Cambodia), covering:
- Management / Leadership roles
- Sales & Commercial
- Technical / Engineering
- Production & Factory operations
- Back-office functions
Develop and execute localized hiring strategies, including:
- Workforce planning (annual / quarterly)
- Talent mapping & pipeline building
- Recruitment channel strategy
Identify, manage, and optimize recruitment channels (job platforms, agencies, referrals, etc.)
Drive the full hiring process:
- Candidate sourcing & screening
- Interview coordination & evaluation
- Offer negotiation & onboarding follow-up
Provide recruitment insights & reporting, including:
- Hiring performance
- Channel effectiveness
- Talent market feedback
Support employee onboarding & probation follow-up to improve retention
Collaborate with regional HR teams to:
- Implement HR policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support cross-border HR operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above (HR, Business or related fields preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in: Manufacturing / Factory / Export,
- Cross-border or overseas hiring
- Strong capability in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
- Experience in international hiring markets (Southeast Asia is a plus)
- Languages: Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin) – mandatory
- Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, and data-driven hiring
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Negotiation & influencing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-growing, cross-cultural environment
