About the Role

We are supporting a fast-growing international manufacturing group in hiring an Overseas Recruitment Manager to lead full-cycle hiring activities across Vietnam and Cambodia.

This is a newly created role driven by business expansion (new factory setup & regional growth), offering strong exposure to cross-border recruitment and strategic workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for overseas operations (Vietnam & Cambodia), covering:

  • Management / Leadership roles
  • Sales & Commercial
  • Technical / Engineering
  • Production & Factory operations
  • Back-office functions

Develop and execute localized hiring strategies, including:

  • Workforce planning (annual / quarterly)
  • Talent mapping & pipeline building
  • Recruitment channel strategy

Identify, manage, and optimize recruitment channels (job platforms, agencies, referrals, etc.)

Drive the full hiring process:

  • Candidate sourcing & screening
  • Interview coordination & evaluation
  • Offer negotiation & onboarding follow-up

Provide recruitment insights & reporting, including:

  • Hiring performance
  • Channel effectiveness
  • Talent market feedback

Support employee onboarding & probation follow-up to improve retention

Collaborate with regional HR teams to:

  • Implement HR policies
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
  • Support cross-border HR operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above (HR, Business or related fields preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in: Manufacturing / Factory / Export, 
  • Cross-border or overseas hiring
  • Strong capability in full-cycle recruitment and stakeholder management
  • Experience in international hiring markets (Southeast Asia is a plus)
  • Languages: Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin) – mandatory
  • Familiar with recruitment tools, ATS, and data-driven hiring
  • Communication & stakeholder management
  • Negotiation & influencing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing, cross-cultural environment
