Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR Service team to ensure effective and flexible service operations.
  • Review and approve project payrolls; coordinate with Accounting for timely payments.
  • Handle payroll for new projects and support ongoing ones when short-staffed.
  • Resolve client complaints promptly; escalate to the BOD when necessary.
  • Supervise client service performance and propose continuous improvements.
  • Identify training needs and develop team training and development plans.
  • Establish, implement, and monitor HR service and data management processes.
  • Support the Social Insurance team when needed.
  • Update and communicate labor law and social insurance changes internally.
  • Monitor project/client service contracts and advise on renewals or amendments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Accounting, Social Insurance, External Relations) to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery.
  • Research labor market trends and competitor practices to enhance service quality.
  • Support BOD and Sales in acquiring new clients and ensuring smooth handover.
  • Manage administrative operations.
  • Act as company representative in dealings with government authorities on labor and related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • At least 6 years of experience in C&B/Payroll and 3 years HR & Administration Manager
  • Experience in HR service firms or manufacturing/F&B companies is refer
  • Basic English communication skills.
