Product Designer

I-Talent is supporting our Client - a compliance SaaS platform designed to help organizations streamline their onboarding, KYC/KYB, and risk management processes. It's also a tool that helps corporate secretary firms streamline their work and management systems. Our mission is to simplify complex compliance workflows through technology — empowering businesses to stay compliant with confidence 

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners/ Product Manager, Developer, and Business teams to design end-to-end user experiences that align with business goals and technical feasibility.
  
• Conduct user research, map user journeys, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
  
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system that ensures product scalability and brand coherence.
  
• Contribute to the product discovery process through ideation, validation, and iteration.
  
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and justify design decisions with data and logic.
  
• Work as part of an Agile team, actively participating in sprints and product reviews.
  
• Stay up to date with design trends, UX patterns, and SaaS usability standards 

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with good experience in UX.
  
• Strong logical and structured thinking in problem-solving and design decisions.
  
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must
  
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., FigJam, Adobe XD, Miro).
  
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
  
• A solid portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work — from research and ideation to final implementation.
