Product Designer (SaaS | Compliance Platform)

I-Talent is supporting our Client - a B2B SaaS compliance platform built for Corporate Service firms to deliver efficient, high-quality services to their clients. The platform streamlines KYC/KYB processes, entity management, and regulatory compliance workflows, turning complex, manual operations into seamless digital experiences. Their mission is to empower Corporate Service Providers with technology that simplifies compliance while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Manager, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to design end-to-end user experiences for complex B2B workflows, balancing user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency, accessibility, and brand coherence across the product.
• Navigate complex information architectures and multi-step workflows, creating intuitive interfaces for data-heavy compliance processes.
• Collaborate with PM to drive continuous discovery through user interviews, structured ideation, rapid prototyping, and iterative validation with real users.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders, articulating design rationale with data, user insights, and sound logic.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate closely with developers during implementation, and ensure design quality through production.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
• Solid experience in B2B SaaS products, especially enterprise-level systems (complex permissions, configurations, pricing models, multi-role users)
• Hands-on experience designing complex systems such as dashboards, workflow tools, or data-intensive interfaces
• Strong foundation in UX principles: information architecture, interaction design, usability, and user research
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools like FigJam..
• High attention to detail and strong design craftsmanship
• Strong ability in design handoff: documentation, specs, and collaboration with engineering teams
• Fluent in English, able to work with international stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment, delivering iteratively
