Quality Director (Global 3C Manufacturing)

Client Profile:A leading specialist in high-precision magnetic materials for the global electronics industry.

I-TALENT's Client is looking for a strategic Quality Director to spearhead their quality organization in Vietnam. This division is a critical hub for a premier global tech brand ("A" customer). You will lead a team of 57 professionals to ensure zero-defect delivery in a high-pressure, high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Executive Liaison:Act as the primary technical point of contact for U.S.-based headquarters and major Tier 1 EMS partners (e.g., Foxconn, Luxshare).
• Quality Ecosystem Ownership:Oversee all quality modules, including New Product Introduction (APQP/PPAP), process controls (SPC/FMEA/MSA), and system compliance (IATF 16949).
• Audit & Reporting:Lead complex quality audits and present high-level technical 8D/SCAR reports to international stakeholders.
• Departmental Strategy:Manage the full quality budget and oversee the performance of the QC and QE organization.

Requirement: 

• Technical Expertise:Minimum 10 years in quality management, with at least 5 years in a Director-level capacity.
• The "A" Factor:Extensive, hands-on experience with the Apple Quality Management System (QMS), including specific IQC/OQC and NPI flow standards.
• Communication:Exceptional English fluency is mandatory for technical conferencing and strategic presenting.
• Leadership:Proven ability to manage large, cross-cultural teams in fast-paced 3C environments.

Salary budget:4,700 USD - 6,000 USD/month
