Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Fashion Retail Manager to lead our retail business operations. This role involves developing business strategies, leading teams, managing store operations, and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement annual business strategies aligned with company vision.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments (product, marketing, HR, finance, tech) to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Monitor KPIs, resolve execution issues, and adjust strategies as needed.
  1. Team Leadership
  • Work with HR to recruit qualified retail staff.
  • Design and implement training programs for team development and succession planning.
  • Track staff performance and apply performance management practices.
  1. Retail Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of retail stores to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Optimize in-store processes including sales, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Monitor and manage budgets to achieve financial targets and control costs.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market and sales push strategies.
  • Manage product life cycles including product launches, stock transfers, and inventory clearance.
  1. P&L and Visual Merchandising
  • Track and optimize P&L for each retail location.
  • Ensure visual merchandising (VM) standards align with brand and marketing strategy.
  • Adjust VM to enhance customer experience and drive sales.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a similar position (e.g., ASM, RSM), preferably in fashion, retail, FMCG, or cosmetics.
  • Strong analytical thinking and business strategy development skills.
  • Strategic mindset with creativity and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time management, organization, and adaptability to change.
  • Understanding of female consumer behavior is a strong plus.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
