Sales Director - Zipper & Garment Accessories

I-Talent is supporting our client - a China manufacturer and supplier in the zipper & related accessories, in hiring a Sales Director in Vietnam. 

Job Description

• Conduct market analysis, customer analysis, and competitor analysis.
• Develop, advance, and manage the formulation of sales channel expansion strategies within the region.
• Set sales growth objectives, strategies, and plans for the next cycle, and supervise their implementation.
• Obtain the list of processing factories of brand customers, conduct reverse development of brand customers, and secure designated orders
  from brand customers.
• Collect and analyze channel information, and integrate and review channel resources.
• Carry out daily management work in the responsible region.
• Promote the construction of the sales team.
• Core tasks: Develop new processing factory customers and tap existing customers to increase order occupancy rate. 
  

Requirements

1. Academic Qualifications: A bachelor’ s degree or higher.
2. Professional Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in the zipper, auxiliary materials, or clothing accessories industry; at least 2 years of experience in a sales director role or similar leadership position.
3. Skills and Abilities:
   • Possess a mature network of contacts among brand apparel clients;
   • Bbility to understand and keep abreast of industry trends in a timely manner;
   • Strong marketing logic and analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving capabilities; 
   • Proven success in independently acquiring new clients and experience in serving major apparel brands; 
   • Excellent team leadership and management skills; 
   • Willingness and ability to travel frequently and participate in necessary client entertainment/networking activities.
4. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) as working languages.
5. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
6. Possession of customer resources in clothing processing factories and strong sales capabilities.
7. Age requirement: Under 45 years old.
