Our Client is a leading textile manufacturing group with an international production network and strong capabilities across the textile value chain, including yarn, fabric, dyeing, and garment production

  • Location: On-site at Bảo Minh Industrial Park, Nam Định Province, Vietnam.
  • Organization Scope: 500–1,000 employees per factory across key departments including Production, Planning, and factory operations.
  • Reporting Line: Report directly to the Head of Fabric Business Line
  • Probation: 6 months.
  • Working Schedule: 6 days/week | 08:00–12:00 & 13:30–17:30.
  • Salary: 2.000 - 4.500 USD/month

Job Responsibilities

  • Take full charge of overseas fabric sales; formulate overseas sales strategies, annual sales plans, and phased targets; coordinate the execution of sales tasks to guarantee overall company sales goals are met.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining overseas markets, identifying potential clients, building and optimizing the overseas client network, maintaining core client relationships, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty, and driving long-term stable cooperation to expand international market share.
  • Lead the establishment of the overseas sales team; create team management rules, incentive mechanisms, and training plans; guide the team in sales activities (team composition is TBD and will be built gradually as the business develops), and elevate overall sales competence and professionalism.
  • Monitor overseas fabric market dynamics, industry trends, and competitor activities; gather intelligence on market demands, product feedback, and policy changes to promptly adjust sales strategies and promotional directions, mitigate risks, and capture growth opportunities (with a special focus on the demand for green and sustainable fabrics).
  • Responsible for negotiating, signing, and following up on overseas sales contracts; managing the entire order process; coordinating with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery; and resolving unexpected issues during the sales process (e.g., delivery delays, quality feedback).
  • Regularly submit overseas sales work reports to the reporting manager, Liu Jianxin, covering sales data, market analysis, client status, team progress, and future work plans; synchronize with company headquarters to collaboratively advance all overseas sales initiatives.
  • Support the company's overall strategy by participating in overseas exhibitions and industry exchange events to promote fabric products and brand philosophy; enhance brand awareness and influence in overseas markets, strongly highlighting the company's product advantages in green environmental protection and sustainable development.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Over 5 years of work experience.
  • Over 5 years of experience in overseas fabric sales and management; candidates with sales experience in the Southeast Asian market (especially local Vietnam) and familiarity with fabric import/export processes are preferred. Those with abundant overseas client resources, a track record of successful sales, and team management experience are preferred; experience serving renowned international apparel brands is a plus.
  • Language: Proficient in English (fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing), capable of handling business negotiations, contract discussions, and client interfacing. Proficiency in Vietnamese is a plus to better suit local operations and market expansion.
  • Abilities: Excellent market development, business negotiation, and client management skills; able to independently build a sales system and expand overseas markets. Strong strategic thinking, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to handle pressure to efficiently achieve sales targets. Strong team management, cross-departmental collaboration, and problem-solving skills; highly responsible with strong execution capabilities.
  • Vietnamese nationals are preferred.
