The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and market expansion for a portfolio of premium workspace solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales execution with strategic business development thinking, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → client consultation → deal closing → account expansion
- Drive occupancy and revenue targets across products: private offices, co-working, dedicated desks
- Conduct high-impact site tours and convert prospects into long-term clients
2. Deal Structuring & Negotiation
- Lead negotiations on pricing, lease terms, and customized workspace solutions
- Handle complex, high-value deals with clients ranging from SMEs to large enterprises
3. Pipeline & Performance Management
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, improve conversion rates, and forecast revenue
- Monitor performance metrics and provide accurate sales reporting
4. Market Intelligence & Business Development
- Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activities
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and product/service opportunities
5. Partnership Development
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, and business communities
- Generate consistent referral pipelines and strategic partnerships
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless customer experience
- Represent the brand at networking events and industry engagements
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales / Leasing / Business Development
- Preferred background in Commercial Real Estate, Serviced Office, Co-working, or Hospitality
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with exposure to high-value or complex deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with CRM tools and managing sales pipelines
