Sales Representative (Mattress)

Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client, a Singapore wholesale trade, import, distribution, and marketing of mattresses and other bedding products, in hiring a Sales Representative in Vietnam Market.

Working type: Remote (Ho Chi Minh based)

Key Responsibilities:

Hotel Partnerships

• Manage and grow hotel contract portfolios across Vietnam
• Liaise with hotel management to maintain strong relationships and ensure service excellence
• Identify and onboard new hotel partners to expand our network

Retail Coordination:

• Serve as the key contact for our authorized retail dealers in Vietnam
• Support dealer operations, promotions, and product placements
• Ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives

Business Development:

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in hospitality and retail
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth

Requirements

• Vietnamese nationality, fluent in Vietnamese and English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in hospitality or retail with relevant products
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with the local market and business culture
