Senior Business Development – App Growth & Digital Solutions

Location: Vietnam (Remote)
Salary: USD 2.000 - 3.500 /month + Performance Bonus

With strong expertise in user acquisition and digital growth services, the company is expanding rapidly across Southeast Asia and is building its commercial footprint in Vietnam as a strategic market.

Position Overview

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional to drive business expansion and strategic partnerships in Vietnam.
• This position will play a critical role in developing local ecosystems, acquiring strategic accounts, and establishing a scalable business model for mobile marketing and growth solutions.
• The ideal candidate combines strong commercial capability, local market networks, and experience developing business from 0 → 1.

Key Responsibilities

Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

• Develop and expand business opportunities and local partnerships in Vietnam.
• Build strong client networks across industries including: Gaming, Financial Services & Fintech, Digital Platforms, Lifestyle & Consumer Services
• Execute go-to-market initiatives to accelerate market penetration.
• End-to-End Business Ownership

Manage the complete commercial lifecycle:

• Lead generation
• Client qualification
• Solution consultation
• Commercial negotiation
• Contract closure
• Revenue collection
• Account expansion and renewal

Market Intelligence & Localization

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide market insights to support localized growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for service and product optimization.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with delivery and operations teams to maximize campaign performance.
• Drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 5+ years in Business Development / Strategic Partnerships / Commercial Growth.Background from one of the following is highly preferred:

• Digital advertising platforms
• Mobile growth / app marketing ecosystem
• Internet or technology companies
• Performance marketing agencies
• Gaming or fintech ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Chinese language capability is a plus
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of closing business deals
