We are looking for a Senior IT Infrastructure & System Developer to lead and optimize our core IT infrastructure and business systems for a Precision Machining Factory. This role plays a key part in ensuring system reliability, cybersecurity, scalability, and driving digital transformation across the organization.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams — Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, QA, HR, Finance — to deliver seamless system availability, automation, performance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infrastructure & System Operations
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, network, storage, security).
- Ensure high availability, performance monitoring, backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Administer and optimize on-premise and cloud-based enterprise systems.
2. System Development & Automation
- Develop internal business applications, automation workflows, and integration tools (JobBOSS, API, WMS, ERP connectors).
- Build custom solutions to enhance operational efficiency (dashboards, workflow automation, reporting systems).
- Manage end-to-end system enhancement projects and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Governance & Support
- Establish IT infrastructure standards, SOPs, documentation, and lifecycle management practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Level 3 infrastructure and system issues.
- Evaluate, deploy, and manage IT vendors, hardware, and software platforms.
- Support additional tasks assigned by the Country Manager and CEO.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or system development.
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux servers, VMware/cloud, networking, AD, backup systems, and security policies.
- Hands-on experience in system development or automation (Python, Power Automate, .NET, or similar).
- Experience with ERP/MES/WMS system integration is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity and enterprise IT architecture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-department collaboration skills.
- Good in English & Vietnamese.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, or manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of ISO27001 or AS9100 digital compliance.
- Experience in API integration or database optimization (SQL/NoSQL).
- Cloud experience (Azure/AWS) or relevant certifications.
