Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Product & Construction Standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for each type of wood flooring product and subfloor system.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, ASTM, EN) in product quality and installation.
2. Construction Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage the entire installation process for wood flooring in large-scale civil and commercial projects (apartments, luxury malls, office buildings).
- Coordinate with main contractors, MEP, and design teams to align flooring execution with overall site progress.
3. Bidding & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with Sales and BD teams in preparing tender documents, technical proposals, and material samples.
- Attend project meetings, present technical solutions, and negotiate installation scope and timelines.
4. Subcontractor & Site Management
- Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and in-house installers specializing in wood flooring.
- Supervise on-site works to ensure proper installation techniques, safety, and quality control.
5. Material Control & Quality Assurance
- Inspect incoming materials, including wood flooring, accessories, adhesives, and underlayment.
- Implement a strict QC process before, during, and after installation to meet international expectations.
6. After-sales Service & Market Feedback
- Act as the technical service hub for post-handover support, addressing warranty issues, complaints, and site inspections.
- Analyze project performance and customer feedback to improve installation quality and material selection.
7. Internal & External Technical Training
- Provide training sessions on wood flooring systems, installation best practices, and product maintenance for internal staff, dealers, and subcontractors.
8. Cross-department Collaboration
- Support sales and bidding teams by providing technical solutions, sample preparation, project documentation, and after-sales technical service.
- Join client meetings to advise on suitable flooring systems and technical solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Structural, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a relevant technical field.
- At least 5–8 years of experience in project execution and technical management
- Strong passion and have knowledge in wood flooring materials, technical installation systems, product trends, and market insights.
- Proven track record in managing civil or commercial construction projects involving finishing materials.
- Familiarity with project management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, BIM preferred).
- Understanding of local and international building codes and standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal), especially for client presentations and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to project sites or regional markets when needed.
