Role Overview

This position is a critical role within the organization, serving as the primary coordinator between external and internal stakeholders and across functional departments.

As a Supply Chain Manager, you will oversee the entire company workflow—from quoting to customers, receiving purchase orders, raw material sourcing, programming, planning, and production to coordinating follow-ups. You will ensure that all purchase orders and contracts meet customer requirements.

Due to the significance of this role, you will be a core member of the company, working directly with the Board of Directors (BODs) in business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all customer correspondences related to quotations, purchase orders, negotiations, confirmations, and contract execution.
  • Conduct research on quotes, relevant drawing models, specifications, and raw materials.
  • Collaborate with the Programming and Engineering Departments to ensure necessary drawings, stock sizes, technical instructions, and programming requirements.
  • Coordinate raw material sourcing with the Purchasing Team.
  • Work with the Planning Team to develop production schedules and documentation (e.g., travelers for production and quality control).
  • Follow up with the Production and Quality Teams throughout internal production and external processing stages.
  • Oversee and monitor the supply chain process to ensure final products meet customer specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in high technology, business administration, or related fields (preferred).
  • 4+ years of leadership experience in Supply Chain/Procurement Management
  • Expertise in supply chain management within Precision Machining, Automotive – High-End, Medical Devices, or Hi-tech Electronics industries.
  • Strong negotiation, written communication, and leadership skills.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude, with experience in performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Good communication in English 
  • Prior aerospace industry experience is a plus.
