Technical Expert - Animal health and Veterinary Medicine

Invest Talent JSC is assisting our valued partner, a leading enterprise in China's animal health industry, focusing on the R&D, production, sales, and service of veterinary products, in hiring a Technical Expert in Vietnam. 

General information: 

• Core Products:
  • 1. Biological Products: Avian influenza vaccines, porcine circovirus vaccines,pet vaccines, etc.
  • 2. Chemical Preparations: Antibiotics, antiparasitic drugs, etc.
  • 3. Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs): Various active ingredients of veterinary medicines. 
    
• Work Location: Vietnam (daily work is mainly at customer sites; an office is planned to be established in Hanoi in the later stage).
• Department: Marketing Department.
• Reporting Line: International Business Director and Technical Director.
• Interview process: 03 Rounds (HR --> Business Director --> Technical Director)

Responsibilities: 

I. Overseas Technical Support & Customer Success: 

• Visit global distributors and key group clients independently or in collaboration with the sales team to provide disease knowledge lectures
  and product introductions.
• Conduct pathological dissections and preliminary laboratory diagnoses, analyze breeding environments, and deliver solutions.
• Efficiently respond to overseas customers' technical inquiries through remote channels to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  

II. International Market Intelligence & Strategic Analysis:

• Track global trends in animal breeding, disease prevalence, innovative products, and technologies to generate reports.
• Investigate the epidemiological characteristics and strain variation of target markets to support new product development, overseas registration,
  and market access.
• Conduct international competitor analysis, coordinate internal resources to complete comparative experiments, and compile reports. 
  

III. Internal Training & Knowledge Management:

• Provide systematic training on animal breeding management, disease prevention and control, and product application for the international
  business team.
• Act as an information hub to release product launch/upgrade/discontinuation information, master cost data, and provide pricing suggestions for the sales team. 
  

IV. Technical Marketing & Brand Promotion: 

• Lead the design of technical marketing materials such as product manuals and brochures, and review professional terminology in translated
  versions. 
  
• Collect and organize international successful cases of disease prevention and control as well as breeding for customer sharing. 
  
• Provide technical content support for social media platforms such as LinkedIn. 
  
• Develop and optimize international technical presentation PPTs, and be competent in delivering English speeches and on-site Q&A at international conferences/seminars. 
  
• Participate in receiving key clients at headquarters and international exhibitions to demonstrate the company's technical strength. 
  

V. Internal Collaboration & Product Customization:

• Coordinate with the Research Institute to complete comparative matching tests of prevalent strains at home and abroad to ensure product
  market effectiveness.
• Connect with overseas customers' product customization needs (formula adjustment, specification modification, etc.), review and optimize
  customized product labels to ensure compliance. 
  

Requirement:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or related fields 
  
• Work Experience: Over 3 years of experience in animal disease prevention and control, overseas technical support, or international business in the agriculture and animal husbandry industry; experience in the vaccine/feed additive industry is preferred
• Professional Competence:
  • Solid skills in pathological dissection and laboratory diagnosis; familiar with the characteristics of animal vaccines and additive products.
  • Strong market analysis capabilities, able to independently complete industry and competitor research reports. 
• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; (Chinese proficiency is a plus - not a must) 
• Comprehensive Abilities:
  • Excellent cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving skills; able to adapt to frequent overseas business trips.
  • High pressure resistance, strong customer service awareness, and brand promotion mindset.
