I-Talent is supporting our Client - a globally recognized manufacturer of high-performance cutting tools in hiring a National Sales Manager of Operations.

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the local cutting tool market in Vietnam, while managing P&L and operational efficiency. It also involves maintaining strong client relationships and close collaboration with headquarters.

Responsibilities:  

  • Sales growth and market expansion strategy execution
  • Key client relationship management and business development
  • P&L management and resource allocation
  • Operational and inventory optimization
  • People Management
  • Reporting and collaboration with headquarters

Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of Sales experience (10 years in the cutting tool industry)
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience
  • Experience working in a global company required
  • English proficiency required.

Working location: Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh

Reporting: to Managing Director of Vietnam and relevant departments of HQ
