I-TALENT is assisting our client, a global leading smart intercom and smart home solutions provider, in hiring a Vietnam Sales Lead to strengthen their international presence.

The company is expanding its business to Vietnam and needs to establish a local sales system.

Report to: Sales Director

Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies aligned with company goals, execute sales activities, and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing regional channel partners; expand sub-channels and new partnerships.
  • Manage direct key accounts and explore new clients through multiple channels.
  • Collect and analyze market-related information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficiency in Vietnamese for effective client communication.
  • Passion for sales with strong execution capabilities.
  • From 2 years of B2B sales experience + familiarity with the full foreign trade process + fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Sales experience in smart intercom, access control, smart home, communication or related industries is preferred
  • Knowledge of global market regulations, policies, and conventions 

Working location: Remote in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
