JOB OVERVIEW
- You will be the face of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
- You can identify sales leads, pitch solutions to new clients and generate sales revenue growth.
- You are expected to be able to expand the company’s network of strategic partnerships and maintain good working relationships with new contacts in Vietnam.
- You must be an excellent communicator
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adopt and execute growth strategy to achieve aggressive revenue goals
- In the designated territory or territories, own the sales process from prospecting through closure and understand process.
- Leverage on tech stack to scale up outbound lead generation.
- Conduct research into organizations and individuals to build strong pipelines through new customers/leads, create new sales opportunities with these.
- Qualify prospects as per sales plan, budget and decision making.
- Be deeply attuned to the needs of a potential/customer and tailor proposals for clients.
- Build and document sales activities in Salesforce.
- Prepare and engage in Sales team status meetings.
- Work closely with Customer Success team to provide excellent after-sales support
- Meet productivity and sales budget metrics as per management team’s directions.
- Focus on creating good relationships with all key prospects and clients.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Adopts a technical and consultative approach towards sales (preferred to be MEDDPICC sales methodology qualified).
- At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a SaaS, ERP or fashion/apparel industry.
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in self-starting environment.
- Results-oriented.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
