Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client, an international exporter of furniture, in hiring a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager with a strong focus on detail and a proven track record of driving operational improvements.

Working location: Central of Vietnam

Responsibilities: 

  • Order Management: Oversees customer purchase orders (POs) at independent manufacturing facilities.
  • Supply Chain Expertise: Possesses a strong understanding of capacity planning, strategic planning, logistics, and freight forwarding.
  • Supply Chain Strategy: Develops and implements comprehensive supply chain strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Works closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
  • Performance Measurement: Defines and monitors key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manufacturer Liaison: Effectively communicates and collaborates with independent manufacturers and their production planning and inventory control (PPIC) departments.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identifies and resolves process bottlenecks.
  • Team Leadership: Manages and mentors a team of up to 10 individuals.
  • Team Development: Provides training, performance evaluations, and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Vendor Relation: Collaborates with finance, sales, and manufacturing teams to select and manage vendors and distributors. Builds and maintains strong relationships with vendors.

Qualification: 

  • From 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager within the Furniture sector
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners

Compensations & Benefits: 

  • Working time: Monday – Saturday
  • 12 days of annual leaves
  • 13th month salary
