Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in designated territories or markets.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events.

Technical Consultation:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their power generation requirements and provide technical recommendations.
  • Design and propose solutions tailored to customer specifications, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
  • Provide technical support during the pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Keep update with new products and technologies

Key Account Management:

  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, production, and logistics) to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
  • Finalizing the deals and follow up order process with the factory
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by maintaining regular contact and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience as a sales engineer, BD, or similar technical sales role, preferably in power generation, electrical, or mechanical industries.
  • Familiarity with generators, power systems, or energy solutions is highly desirable.
  • Fluently in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate or present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Technical problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region to visit customers, and dealers (Ha Noi, Da Nang, etc…)
