- Achieve sustainable revenue growth through distribution channels.
- Meet market share targets and enhance brand positioning.
- Ensure efficient operational processes and maintain a strong, cohesive sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Distribution Channels:
- Establish and expand the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.
- Create strategies to expand distribution channels and optimize existing channels to achieve sales targets.
- Negotiate and sign contracts with distribution partners, maintaining long-term and stable relationships.
Build a Multi-Channel Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies across various distribution channels to increase sales and expand market share.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure marketing campaigns effectively support sales channels.
- Oversee the implementation of promotional programs and pricing policies across the entire distribution network.
Manage Operational Efficiency:
- Establish and optimize operational processes for each distribution channel to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure effective management of supply and inventory to promptly meet market demand.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution channels and suggest improvements when necessary.
Manage and Develop the Sales Team:
- Recruit, train, and develop the nationwide sales team.
- Set goals, evaluate sales team performance, and provide necessary training and support.
Market Positioning and Pricing Strategy:
- Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify consumer trends to develop appropriate market positioning and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to adjust product pricing, ensuring competitiveness and optimizing profitability.
Brand Building and Market Development:
- Lead the company’s brand building and development activities in target markets.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute brand-building campaigns, creating recognition and trust from customers.
- Propose and implement market expansion strategies, including entering new markets and strengthening presence in existing ones.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, distribution channel management, especially in the construction materials, interior, or wood flooring industries.
- Proven experience in managing, building, and developing a nationwide sales team.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, especially when working with strategic partners and major customers.
- Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a dynamic business environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to build and implement long-term business plans.
- Deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitors to make effective product positioning and pricing decisions.
- Good in English
