Key Responsibilities:
Distribution Channel Development:
- Assist in establishing and expanding the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize existing channels and achieve sales targets.
Sales Strategy Execution:
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement multi-channel sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Work closely with the marketing department to ensure promotional campaigns effectively support sales initiatives.
Operational Efficiency:
- Help establish operational processes for distribution channels to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor supply and inventory levels to meet market demand promptly.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze the performance of distribution channels, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Assist in setting sales goals and evaluating team performance.
Market Analysis and Positioning:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, contributing to market positioning strategies.
- Support pricing strategy adjustments to ensure competitiveness and optimize profitability.
Brand Development:
- Participate in brand-building activities and marketing campaigns to increase recognition and trust among customers.
- Assist in implementing market expansion strategies in existing and new markets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or distribution channel management, preferably in the construction materials or home decoration industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Proactive, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
