Job Summary:

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Working location: Binh Phuoc province

Responsibilities:

  • Production Management: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of products. Implement production schedules and manage resources effectively. Ensure production output targets are met.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations (6S). Promote a safe working environment and implement safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and develop the production team. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Maintain the productivity per employee under your responsibility.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit production reports to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on production data.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Other task assigned by higher manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production supervisory & workers management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Chinese skills requirement

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of our Vietnam branch, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company’s financial goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and improve various financial management systems for Vietnamese companies;
  • Preside over the financial management of the Vietnamese factory, organize and implement budget management, cost management, asset management, tax management, accounting, etc.;
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance following the requirement of HQ and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
