Key Responsibilities:

Distribution Channel Development:

  • Assist in establishing and expanding the distribution network, including dealers, retail stores, and showrooms.

Market Analysis and Positioning:

Brand Development:

  • Participate in brand-building activities and marketing campaigns to increase recognition and trust among customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or distribution channel management, preferably in the construction materials or home decoration industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with partners and customers.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decisions.

Human Resource Manager

Invest Talent JSC is assisting our client, an FDI new set-up company specializing in management consulting & project management, in hiring Human Resource Manager in Vietnam.

Responsibilities: 

Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Collaborate with departments to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions (JDs).
  • Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing, interviewing, to negotiating and finalizing employment contracts.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, helping them quickly adapt to the work environment.

HR Records Management

  • Manage and update the HR records system, including personal information, employment contracts, and related documents.
  • Ensure employee information is kept confidential and complies with legal regulations on HR management.

Compensation and Benefits Management

  • Assist in payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
  • Advise and resolve issues related to employee policies and benefits.

Enterprise Management System Support

Risk Assessment

  • Support the identification and assessment of risks associated with business plan execution. Work with the Business Plan Manager to develop mitigation strategies.

Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in in Human Resources Management, Economics, Law, or related fields
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably with experience in start-ups or small companies
  • Knowledge of modern HR management tools and software (HRM)
  • Familiarity with enterprise management systems and their application in business operations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales activities for high-end projects, including luxury resorts, high-end apartments, villas, and other premium developments in North Vietnam.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify project opportunities and lead bidding efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, architects, and contractors, and leverage customer insights to ensure project success.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze consumer trends and market conditions to accurately forecast sales by product line and item codes for upcoming months and quarters.
