Mô Tả Công Việc:

  • Xác nhận định mức nhập xuất hàng hóa hàng ngày, tháng và năm.
  • Xử lý các trường hợp phát sinh trong quá trình xác nhận định mức thanh khoản
  • Hỗ trợ xử lý thủ tục hải quan và chính sách liên quan đến định mức hàng hóa xuất nhập, tồn.
  • Làm hồ sơ hoàn thuế đối với các trường hợp thuộc đối tượng được hoàn thuế, quản lý nguyên liệu vật tư miễn thuế.
  • Thanh khoản các hợp đồng gia công và lập báo cáo quyết toán.

Yêu Cầu:

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng chuyên ngành xuất nhập khẩu, ngoại thương, và các khối ngành liên quan.
  • Trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc về chứng từ, thanh khoản trong ngành Logistic.
  • Hiểu biết vững về luật hải quan và quy trình xác nhận hải quan.
  • Khả năng hỗ trợ xử lý kiểm tra định mức từ phía hải quan và thuế.
  • Khả năng học tập cao, nắm bắt công việc trong môi trường mới nhanh.
  • Cẩn thận, kiên nhẫn và có tinh thần trách nhiệm.
  • Biết tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Trung là lợi thế.
  • Thành thạo vi tính văn phòng.
  • Làm việc Thứ 2-7 tại Tây Ninh, có hỗ trợ nhà ở hoặc xe đưa đón hàng tuần.

They published a Games brand, and it has since been available in more than 200 countries with over 1.2 million downloads within the first week of launch

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop marketing and communication strategies for all our games in the respective local markets for Vietnam market

2. Lead the execution of marketing campaigns and programs to promote our games in collaboration with our internal teams as well as local agencies.

3. Develop and execute marketing and communication plans that cover brand, creatives, partnerships, PR, influencers, content and channels, community, paid media, CRM, localization, and user acquisition.

4. Establish and use KPIs to steer our marketing efforts to maximize performance. Evaluate and analyze the performance of marketing plans and produce comprehensive retrospective reports.

5. Conduct market research periodically to understand market changes. Develop new media and communication resources, and manage existing media and communication partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least 3 years of mobile game publishing experience. Deep understanding of the respective Vietnam market

3. Experienced marketer who is well-versed in brand, creatives, partnerships, PR, influencers, content and channels, community, paid media, CRM, localization, and user acquisition.

4. Familiar with content style and content creator of mainstream social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube and Tik Tok. Deep understanding of at least one of these platforms is preferred.

5. A gamer who is capable of summarizing unique selling points and discovering potentially viral content of certain games.

6. Logical thinking and data-sensitive. Have the ability to see the big picture and turn analytical insights into big ideas.

7. Innovative and creative. Able to think outside of the box while not losing sight of the goals and targets.

1. Manage community and channel operations (i.e. Facebook, Youtube, TikTok, etc.) and develop marketing communication strategies for all our games in the respective local markets. (i.e. Community and Channel Manager (Vietnam) for Vietnam market.

2. Establish and manage long-term evergreen community content and events. This includes managing content publishing, community & channel growth, and community activities.

3. Encourage players at all levels to produce user-generated content, and establish a team of content creators alongside an operational flow to continuously improve content production and quality.

4. Regularly collect feedback from the community, communicate with users, maintain word-of-mouth effect, and actively inform the project team of public opinion.

5. Based on the promotional period of different games, develop online and offline community programs that meet the promotional needs and be able to effectively track the implementation and review of those programs.

6. Develop media and channel communication strategies based on the attributes of the different games. The strategies may include PR, KOL, and media collaborations.

7. Be able to lead the implementation of marketing plans, analyze the results, and produce performance reports.

8. Conduct periodical research and expand the media and channel resources, and manage and evaluate the media and channel providers.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 1 year of experience in game community marketing and channel operations.

2. Familiar with gaming media and channels, as well as local KOL, influencers, and celebrities of the respective local markets. (i.e. Community and Channel Manager (Vietnam) for Vietnam market

3. Fluent in spoken and written English.

4. Game enthusiast with an in-depth understanding of multiple games. Adaptable and able to quickly get started with new games.

5. Good creative and aesthetic sense. Excellent content creative planning ability with successful cases preferred.

6. Good at discovering hotspots and tracking the latest internet trends. Possess a strong sense of innovation.

7. Have strong communication, coordination, and promotional skills.
