Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will plan and manage all human resources activities of our Vietnam branch. Responsible for personnel management such as employee attendance, performance, salary, social security, training, etc. Follow work guidance and arrangement from the BOD to establish an HR management system, and ensure efficient production operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment and placement plans, and strictly supervise the implementation of personnel recruitment management.
  • Planning annual personnel training and development processes, establish and improve personnel promotion channels.
  • Ensure the employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to efficiently achieve production goals.
  • Develop and improve the employee relationship management system of the Vietnam Company.
  • Create a positive and effective work environment to maintain employee relations
  • Manage and develop competitive salary, and benefits and supervise the cost control of salary and benefits expenses.
  • Establish performance policies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the employees
  • Responsible for social responsibility compliance management labor employment standard management and risk control.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Human Resources, Business Administration or above. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
  • Vietnamese candidates must be proficient in Chinese (Listening, speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Chinese nationals must be proficient in Vietnamese (Listening, speaking, writing, and reading)
  • Proven over 3 years of working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive. Preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • People-oriented and results-driven. Familiar with manufacturing plants and strong stress resistance.
  • Strong execution and responsibility, good at communication and coordination, and good analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws, regulations, and policies involved in Vietnamese factories, and able to apply them in practice.
  • Agile, hardworking, able to withstand work pressure
  • Willing to OT when necessary

Field Interpreter (Chinese Speaking)- Manufacturing

Job Summary:

The Field Interpreter will facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking staff and local Vietnamese employees, clients, and partners. This role requires excellent language skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to work in various field locations.

Working location: Binh Phuoc Province

Responsibilities:

  • Interpretation: Working with Production Departments Manager to provide accurate and clear interpretation during meetings, daily schedule, site visits, and other interactions between Chinese-speaking and Vietnamese-speaking individuals.
  • Translation: Translate documents, emails, and other written materials from Chinese to Vietnamese and vice versa (production process, daily – monthly – quarterly reports etc.).
  • Coordination: Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and support field operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on interpretation activities and any communication issues encountered.
  • Other tasks assigned by Management level

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Vietnamese, fluent in both Chinese and English
  • Good at MOS especially Excel
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in interpretation and translation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Understand production processes and mechanical equipment is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities of our Vietnam branch, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the company’s financial goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial management in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and improve various financial management systems for Vietnamese companies;
  • Preside over the financial management of the Vietnamese factory, organize and implement budget management, cost management, asset management, tax management, accounting, etc.;
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze financial performance following the requirement of HQ and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with local and international accounting standards. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.

  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
IE/Learn Engineer ( Senior/Manager)

Team size: 40 Engineers
Summary: Adherence to specified regulations, processes, and reference materials such as manufacturing center performance management system, responsibility management system, cost budget management, position management, and basic management implementation measures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lean Management Module:
• Undertake, decompose, and evaluate the Manufacturing Center’s lean management indicators (e.g., labor efficiency, manpower reduction, cost reduction, quality improvement).
• Manage and report progress of factory improvement projects.
• Plan and implement internal logistics (standardization of logistics pathways and equipment).
• Establish three-year, annual, and monthly improvement maps focusing on value streams.
• Drive partial efficiency and on-site breakthroughs through KBS improvement rounds.
Equipment Management Module:
• Ensure equipment uptime meets standards, reduce frequency of equipment and safety accidents, and lower repair costs.
• Develop and manufacture equipment according to production needs and unit requirements.
• Establish equipment records and operating procedures.
• Specialized equipment safety management, including equipment use, testing, maintenance, and disposal.
• Manage equipment repairs to ensure smooth production.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Associate degree or above.
• Age: Under 40 years old.
• Specialized Knowledge: Industrial engineering or related technical field.
• Experience: Over 5 years of experience in industries such as furniture, home appliances, or automotive (experience at Foxconn or ASHLEY preferred); over 5 years of practical experience in industrial engineering in manufacturing; over 10 years of IE team management experience.
• Proficiency in Chinese for communication.
• Attributes: Strong planning, communication, and interpersonal coordination skills; familiarity with the company’s products, workflows, and related knowledge; strong project management, team planning, organization, implementation, monitoring, communication, and coordination skills.
