Mô tả công việc:

  • Chịu trách nhiệm thúc đẩy về doanh số bán hàng, công nợ trên khu vực mình phụ trách (chăm sóc đại lý cũ và phát triển đại lý mới)
  • Triển khai các chương trình khuyến mãi, chính sách bán hàng, hợp đồng, trưng bày …của công ty đến Nhà phân phối & Đại lý cấp 2
  • Cập nhật, thu thập thông tin về hệ thống đại lý và xây dựng mối quan hệ với cửa hàng (chủ shop, nhân viên bán hàng shop)
  • Tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi từ phía khách hàng về sản phẩm, thông tin thị trường
  • Thu thập, tổng hợp, phân tích và báo cáo về các thông tin như doanh số bán hàng; thông tin về đối thủ cạnh tranh, giá cả, những chương trình khuyến mãi trên thị trường

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Nam tuổi từ 25 – 35 tuổi
  • Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
  • Thành thạo vi tính Văn phòng.
  • Am hiểu thị trường điện lạnh, Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điện lanh, làm việc tại vị trí bán hàng điện lạnh, sales thị trường.
  • Siêng năng, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn.

Project Assistant- Factory Construction

Invest Talent JSC is supporting our Singapore Client in hiring a Project Assistant for their setting up seafood factory in Vietnam.

Job Description

  • Ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and maintaining project documents, updating the digital database, and assisting with budget management. Basic duties include setting up phone calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders regarding project details and deliverables.
  • Travel within Ho Chi Minh City and southern Vietnam to identify land and conduct research for opening a seafood factory.
  • Oversee the management, monitoring, and contracting processes for leasing land to establish the factory.
  • Must have knowledge of government procedures.

Responsibilities

Phrase 1:

  • Communicate with real estate agencies and industrial zones in various cities across Vietnam to facilitate the opening of a seafood factory.
  • If the leased land requires a license permit for the seafood factory, communicate with the government or relevant agents.
  • Identify suitable land, check prices, research essential data (such as electricity and water supply), compile all information, and prepare detailed reports for the Managing Director.
  • Consider renting existing factories, discuss terms with owners, and explain business needs and requirements.

Phrase 2:

  • Manage worksites for new construction and remodeling projects, ensuring all activities align with project goals and objectives.
  • Provide direction to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during groundwork to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other project personnel, and manage estimates, budgets, schedules, and resources.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues, legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of engineering/maintenance/construction is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of government processes related to factory construction and operation.
  • Knowledge of the seafood factory industry is highly advantageous.
  • Have experience in Project coordinator/management
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good in English
  • Willingness to travel and relocate for work, including site visits and inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years in sales and marketing, preferably in home decor or consumer goods, with leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in managing, building, and developing a nationwide sales team
  • Have experience in the construction materials, interior, or wood flooring industries is a plus

Skills:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, especially when working with strategic partners and major customers.

Other: Adaptability in a startup environment; fluency in English is a plus.
