Invest Talent is assisting a leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration in recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist with below information:
Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement SEO, SEM, email, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Optimize SEO with on-page and off-page tactics, improve website traffic, and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads).
- Analyze performance, track key metrics, and provide regular performance reports.
Channel Management:
- Manage digital communication channels and optimize content to increase customer interaction and reach.
Content & Advertising:
- Plan and oversee content for advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and ensure consistency with brand messaging.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and collaborate with agencies to execute timely campaigns.
Data & Performance:
- Use analytical tools to monitor campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies based on results.
- Set KPIs and report regularly to relevant departments.
Cross-Department Support:
- Coordinate with sales, customer care, and design to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with the online community, responding to inquiries and providing customer support.
- Market & Competitor Research:
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields. 3+ years in Digital Marketing, with a preference for experience in construction materials or interior design industries.
- Skills: Expertise in SEO/SEM, data analysis, digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
- English: able to communicate in English
- Experience: Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, managing budgets, and optimizing ROI.
- Personal Attributes: Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
