Responsibilities/岗位职责:

1.主要负责越南tiktok账号的搭建、管理、内容运营和推广,以及tiktok账号的粉丝增长;

2.完成tiktok产品上新及日常运营,对商品进行文案、关键词、广告投放等优化工作;

Hoàn thành việc ra mắt sản phẩm trên tiktok và các hoạt động hàng ngày, đồng thời tối ưu hóa việc viết quảng cáo sản phẩm, từ khóa, quảng cáo, v.v.;

3.从各维度对广告数据、运营数据进行监测分析,根据分析结果给出优化建议,不断优化运营策略,提高推广效果;

Theo dõi và phân tích dữ liệu quảng cáo và dữ liệu vận hành từ nhiều khía cạnh khác nhau, đưa ra đề xuất tối ưu hóa dựa trên kết quả phân tích, liên tục tối ưu hóa chiến lược hoạt động và nâng cao hiệu quả quảng cáo;

4.收集调查市场行情,掌握整体动态并及时调整运营策略

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall P&L of the Branch
  • Should be able to present Budget to the management with the focus of yoy growth & expansion.

(Senior) Associate_Investment Banking Advisory
Invest Talent JSC’s Client – A Singapore investment banking advisory firm which key business activities involve Private Financing, M&A and Restructuring advisory services across industry verticals with a focus on the TMT, Consumer/Retail, Industrials, Real Estate/Hospitality and Infrastructure sectors, is expanding to Vietnam by hiring Associate/Senior Associate. The Associate/Senior Associate will be expected to work closely with senior management in executing various transactions and also manage a team of Analysts Report to: AVP/VP/Director Responsibilities Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior team
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing documents / presentations, including teasers, information memorandums and management presentations
  • Develop financial analyses to support deal process, including (1) creation of financial models – operating models/Pro-forma earnings and (2) preparation of valuation analyses – DCF, SOTP and/or comparable company analysis (precedent transaction and trading)
  • Be a reliable contact person for conducting and coordinating any client due diligence processes
Manage client engagement through:

Responsibilities

  • Managing the diary, business schedules & calendar, including arranging meeting, conference calls & booking appointments
  • Scheduling & Coordinating meetings both internally & externally including logistics, hotel requirements, preparation of meeting material etc
  • Arranging and coordinating conference calls
  • Travel: Organising domestic and International travel arrangements including booking flights and accommodation as well as preparing agenda’s if necessary.

Report to: CEO Singapore

Client relationship management

  • Maintain a regular dialogue with clients
  • Clear and regular communication with clients and ensuring complete updating on deal progress
  • Resolve any clients related issues in conjunction with the MD/Director/Senior VP
  • Maintain client relationship after deal closing
  • Maintain Relationships with investor community (Private Equity Funds/Banks/Sponsors etc.)
  • Develops new business relationships and enhances existing relationships

Transaction Execution: Provide execution support to the senior team

  • Manage operational aspects of a prospective deal from origination to conversion into a client & finally into a mandate
