RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and managing the sales team in order to promote revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Develops and implements sales strategies and plans, establishes strong customer relationships, and ensures that the team is equipped with the resources and tools needed for success.
- Works with the marketing and product teams to adjust the information and products according to the customer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years’ of BOPP sales experience.
- Expert in Chinese or English will be priority.
- Must be a proven performer in the achievement of deadlines and targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation abilities, analytical skills essential as well as accuracy and attention to detail.
- Energetic and passionate professional with ability to work with a diverse stakeholder set, both internally and externally
