Our client is foreign company, operates within the grain trading industry, specialising in the sale of niche and oilseed crops. With a focus on products such as flax, peas, mung beans, chickpeas, meal, and more… To expand into the Vietnamese market, we aim to leverage our expertise in grain trading and focus on the unique agricultural needs of Vietnam.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the internal national market for cereals, niche, and oilseed crops, identifying new partners and target markets.
- Attract new buyers in the B2B and B2B2C channels, ranging from wholesalers and distributors to retail chains and restaurants.
- Manage existing customer relationships and negotiate import sales contracts for niche and oilseed crops and their derivatives.
- Coordinate contract execution until delivery to the final buyer, ensuring planned sales indicators are met.
- Calculate product costs considering transport logistics and oversee claims, pricing models, payments, and receivables.
- Monitor and analyze market risks, providing recommendations for risk management in the national markets
- Other Tasks:
- Ensure sales volume plans for Russian niche, grains, oilseeds, and derivative products are met.
- Conduct market analysis, attract new buyers, manage customer relationships, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Plan sales, calculate product costs including transport logistics, oversee claims and payments, and analyze market risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degrees
- Proficiency in English; Russian preferred.
- Advanced MS Office user.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales of niche crops, grains, and oilseeds, with knowledge of import sales specifics.
- Knowledge and Skills: Familiarity with import documentation, cost and pricing formation, and road transport logistics.
- Personal Qualities: Strong communication, constructive approach, attention to detail, responsibility, and result orientation.
- Additional Wishes: Ownership of a database of potential buyers in the national B2B and B2B2C channels.Sales Manager
