RESPONSIBITIES:

• Prepare BIM Coordination Plan
• Prepare BIM QA/QC Plan
• Prepare project clash detection matrix
• Perform clash detection checks and visual walkthrough using NavisWorks Manage
• Create and track clash detection issues
• Audit and review BIM models at any LOD level
• Audit and review BIM models in Autodesk Revit
• Arrange and manage coordination meetings with the project team members
• Manage and update Project BIM Documents
• Maintain and manage Project BIM CDE
• QS extraction and review from the BIM Model

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of BIM working experience
• Preferred Architecture or Electro-Mechanical background
• Knowledgeable in BIM workflow
• Knowledgeable in BIM applications (Autodesk Revit, NavisWorks and AutoCAD)
• Knowledgeable in basic construction industry processes from engineering till operation
• Have advanced PC skills, including Microsoft Applications
