Out Client is a Fintech Company.
- Take overall responsibility for the business unit: business development, credit appraisal, collateral management, loan management.
- Be responsible for business strategy and plan, implementing and managing the implementation of activities to reach target customers, developing and implementing plans to approach, appraise and serve customers, ensuring the efficiency of operation and business of the Unit.
- Carry out or coordinate with other department in activities on communications and brand promotion, ensuring the brand identity to attract and retain customers as well as preserve the brand image of the Unit
- Contribute ideas to the Company during the process of developing and designing product policies, customer attraction journeys, as well as the process of developing loan appraisal and approval policies.
- Organize and manage activities of loan tracking, debt collecting; Ensure good debt quality in business activities at the unit.
- Organize and monitor the business activities, accounting and budget management according to the company regulations, make relevant reports within the company and state management agencies.
- Take responsibility for the management and assurance of the integrity of the customer’s collateral and other assets of the Company within the scope of the unit.
- Manager activities of fire prevention and fighting, security and business safety according to regulations of government and local authorities.
- Take charge of staff recruitment and training and human resource management at the branch according to the company policy.
- Education qualification: Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, or Business
- Language: Proficient in English
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position, preferable experience in a modern pawnshop model
- Proven skills in planning and developing products or solutions for debt collection and management
- Leadership capability to mentor and coach
- In-depth knowledge and experience in bank lending products
- Excellent Communication skill with full of passion.
- Attitude: Be honest, proactive, enthusiastic at work, and able to work under pressure.
- Office hours: Monday- Friday in Hanoi
- 13th-15th month salary in accordance with Company’s policies and regulations.
