Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with business goals.
- Enhance brand positioning and recognition within the building materials sector.
Trade Marketing Management:
- Design and execute innovative trade marketing programs to drive product visibility and sales in distribution channels.
- Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to optimize product displays and promotional activities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and improve product offerings.
Content and Campaign Development:
- Create engaging marketing content and materials for both brand and trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on both brand and trade activities.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and trade promotions.
- Prepare regular reports on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand and trade marketing in the building materials industry
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing strategies and trade programs.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Benefits:
- Benefits: Health insurance, social insurance: based basic-salary, 12 annual leave days, and women are entitled to 1 leave day per month (non-cumulative))
- Salary during probation period: 85% Gross salary in 2 months
- Allowances (phone, transportation, parking, meal etc): Including salary
- 13th, 14th month salary: Depending on the result of sales performance
- Working time: Monday to Friday – (8am-5pm), Saturday: WFH (8am – 12pm)
