Invest Talent JSC is supporting our client in hiring Business Development Manager for their new power bank rental service project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to explore and expand market share.
• Build, lead, motivate, and manage the sales and business development team to achieve sales targets and company goals.
• Oversee the training and development of the sales & BD team to enhance their skills and performance
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
• Develop localization strategies tailored to the specific characteristics of the Vietnamese market, ensuring services meet local customer needs and preferences.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields. MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology or rental service industry.
• In-depth knowledge of power bank rental services, including technical features, customer benefits, and usage methods.
• Understanding of the mobile device market in Vietnam, including usage trends, market demand, and competition.
• Understanding of the habits and behaviors of mobile device users in Vietnam, including the demand for power bank rental services in public places
• Relationships with potential partners such as mobile network providers, shopping malls, airports, train stations, and tourist areas to expand the service network.
• Familiarity with Vietnamese business culture and communication to build long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
